Short Sound of Vowel A – Phonics Worksheets Packet
This 6 page phonics worksheets packet reinforces the short sound for the vowel A. The packet focuses on the VC rule and consonant blends. The consonant blends are in the initial and final positions. Students write sentences, engage in rhyming words, unscramble words presented in the packet and put them in alphabetical order, fill-in-the-blank sentences, and learn about capitalization and punctuation by reading riddles.
This phonics packet works well with the Saxon Phonics reading program.
You can buy
the packet of 6 pages for $8.00. Please contact me at readingwithphonics@comcast.net for your download. Payment is accepted with PayPal or Venmo.
